4. Pickup Orders

• Customers may choose to collect their orders from the restaurant during operating hours.
• Please present your order confirmation or order number upon collection.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has started.
• Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of restaurant error or verified issues with the order.
